Dumfries and Galloway offers an exceptional standard of living. The region, which borders England, is home to the Galloway Forest Park which is not only the UK's largest forest park, but also the UK’s first Dark Skies Park. It is home to a number of RSPB and nature reserves, National Scenic Areas and sites of interest including a Biosphere Reserve.
